We ship all items from Melbourne, Australia. Sometimes we may split your order and send it in more than one parcel.

All orders are shipped within 48 working hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Standard delivery time for metro areas is 3 to 5 business days, 6 to 7 business days for country areas and 10 business days for rural areas.

Express post will be 2 to 4 business days in the express network and slightly longer outside the express zone.
